Your privacy

Your privacy is protected

Confidentiality is a cornerstone of everything we do. No client information, including records, session details, or even the fact that someone is receiving services, is disclosed to anyone outside The Zenit Room without the client's explicit written consent.

The only exceptions are those the law requires, such as a risk of harm to the client or others. Even then, we make every effort to discuss the need for disclosure with the client first.

Where sharing information can help, for example when we coordinate care with other professionals, we ask for written consent after explaining what will be shared, with whom, and why. Clients keep control of their information and can withdraw consent at any time.

How we work with treatment centres

We take the responsibility of referring clients to outside services very seriously. We do not make referrals to external providers or programmes that we have not personally vetted and found to meet our standards of care.

When we collaborate with a treatment centre, we bring calm coordination, clear communication, and steady support around the client and their family, from first contact through treatment and aftercare.
