Your privacy
Privacy policy
What you tell us stays between us. This page explains what we keep, why, who sees it and the choices you have.
Who is responsible
The Zenit Room decides how your details are used. Under data protection law, that makes us the “controller”.
You can reach us at info@thezenitroom.com or +46 708 94 64 37. Our offices are in Estepona (Spain), Trelleborg (Sweden) and London (UK).
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your message and, if you choose to give it, your phone number.
If you email, call or message us, we receive what you send, together with your email address or phone number.
Your cookie choice is saved in your browser. More about this is on our Cookie policy.
Please share only what you are comfortable sharing in a first message. Details about health, addiction or your family are sensitive. If you choose to tell us, we use them only to reply and to help you.
Why we use your details
- To reply to your message and, if you want one, to arrange a consultation. This is at your request.
- To keep a short record of the conversation, so that you do not have to repeat yourself.
- To remember your cookie choice. Optional cookies are only used with your consent.
If you send us sensitive details, we rely on your consent, which you give by sending them. You can take it back at any time by telling us.
If you become a client, we will explain separately how your records are handled.
How long we keep them
We keep an enquiry for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, and then delete it.
Who can see them
Björn and Carolin, who answer every message themselves.
Services that help us run this website and our email handle your details only to provide that service. Some may process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area, with the safeguards the law requires.
We do not sell your details. We do not pass them to a clinic, treatment centre or anyone else without your own agreement.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the details we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your details
- limit how we use them
- stop using them, if you object
- send them to you in a form you can reuse
- take back a consent you gave
Write to info@thezenitroom.com. We will answer within one month.
If you are not happy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the data protection authority in your own country. In Sweden this is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se). In the UK it is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO, ico.org.uk).
Security and confidentiality
We treat what you tell us in confidence. Only the people who need to see an enquiry can see it. Messages sent by email or WhatsApp travel over the internet, and no online service can promise perfect security.
